[How do I track my shipment?]
Please see your shipping confirmation email and there should be a link with tracking number from Fed Ex. You can track online here: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html


[Where do you ship?]
We ship globally from Sweden, you will see your country in the drop down list when ordering. Please contact hello@socksss.com if your country isn’t visible.


[How much is shipping?]
For FREE on orders over $89 / €89/  899 SEK. Otherwise a flat fee of $12 /  €12 / 120 SEK More info here: https://www.socksss.com/info/shipping


[How do I return or exchange an order?]
Socksss Studios has a 14-day returns policy; you can contact us at hello@socksss.com with your order number.


[Looking for a certain item?]
If you cannot find the item you’re looking for please email us at hello@socksss.com and we’ll direct you if possible to the closest retailer if they have stock available in that item.


[Do you have physical locations?]
